The Galleries are located in the square of the Piedicastello neighbourhood.
In the parking lot in front of the entrance of “Le Gallerie” there is a parking lot reserved for people with disabilities. On request, two parking spaces reserved for people with disabilities and a pink parking lot are available in the inner courtyard of the “Le Gallerie” exhibition space.
The tunnels are two abandoned road tunnels about 300 metres long, connected to each other at the end.
The Galleries are not heated, the internal temperature is about 16-18 degrees all year round, especially in the summer months it is recommended to cover yourself with a pullover or jacket.
Admission to the galleries is free and the visit itinerary is free of architectural barriers.
Wheelchairs and strollers are available free of charge at the entrance on request.
Along the route there are rest areas and some enveloping chairs to ensure greater privacy and peace.
The White Gallery offers spaces including conference rooms for events, temporary exhibitions and educational activities. Inside the gallery there is the ticket office/ info point (105 – cm – high counter), the bookshop, the coffee area and the equipped toilets in addition to the lockers where you can store backpacks and bags.
The Black Gallery is also barrier-free and hosts exhibitions that change from year to year, mostly of historical nature.
To promote the understanding of the above, accessibility tools are available, such as tactile maps, information in braille, paper guide in Easy to read and in AAC (which can also be downloaded from the site legallerietrento.it); it is possible to use more content through an audio guide app, with multimedia insights also in sign language. The app can be downloaded on your smartphone or by requesting a tablet at the entrance.

TECHNICAL DATA
The entrance door of the White Gallery is 114 cm wide (force necessary for the opening 5 kg). After the entrance door 480 cm long ramp (slope 5%).
The internal ramps have a variable slope (from 5% to 7%) for lengths ranging from 480 to 590 cm.
The equipped toilet is located in the white gallery; it has an 87 – cm – wide door, dimensions 264×176 cm. The toilet is 56 cm high with a support handle on the side of the entrance. Presence of a fixed washbasin that is 83 cm high and adjustable mirror.
The connection between the two galleries is situated at the end of the tunnels through a safety door (124 cm wide, force necessary for the opening 5 kg) preceded by a ramp (6 metres long, slope 8%).
The entrance door of the Black Gallery is 116 cm wide (force necessary for the opening 5 kg). After the entrance door 480 cm long ramp (slope 5%).
